To preserve the quality, safety, and compliance of the Bottle Concierge program, members are expected to follow a few key standards:

Only bottles purchased through ICC Bev Co. may be stored or consumed.

Any unauthorized bottle discovered in a locker will be emptied, and repeated violations may result in the loss of this privilege or of membership.

Bottles may not leave the premises, except for future to-go offerings involving 375ml bottles sold with food items.

Straight pours only.

Bartenders cannot use Concierge bottles to make cocktails. Soft drinks and mixers are available for self-service.

Responsible consumption is required.

Over-serving yourself or driving under the influence results in immediate termination of your Concierge privilege and may affect your membership.

Sharing is limited and controlled.

Pouring for yourself is permitted. Pouring for others outside the established rules triggers immediate termination of this benefit.

These expectations ensure that the program remains safe, sustainable, and respectful to all members.

Bottle Concierge exists because our community values a higher level of hospitality and responsibility. Your adherence to the agreement allows us to continue offering this perk in full alignment with Texas law and ICC culture.
