Our Bottle Concierge perk was built to make your time at Industrial Cigar Co. easier, smoother, and more personal. As a private member, you have direct access to order the bottles you enjoy most—kept on hand for your visits or ready when you want to take something special home.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST ORDER
Before placing your first request, all private members must complete the Bottle Concierge Code of Conduct Agreement. This helps ensure transparency, consistency, and the level of respect and responsibility expected in our membership programs.
Once that’s in place, the process is simple. Our management and ownership teams are glad to take care of your bottle needs—whether it’s a familiar favorite or something new you’d like us to bring in. Your membership carries privileges, and this service is one more way we honor that.
How the Program Works
When you purchase through ICC Bev Co., your bottle receives a Texas alcohol tax stamp and can be stored in your locker or the designated Bottle Storage area. Members may pour their own spirits into a glass stored in their locker or from the self-service station. This is a self-service program—our hospitality team is not permitted to pour from your bottle or use Concierge spirits to create cocktails.
Concierge bottles must remain inside the private lounges. They are not allowed in Fuselage, Parlor, Dreamer Lounge, the retail space, or the patio. Guests may enjoy a pour from your bottle only if you are present and only within Atabey or Apex Lounge areas.
We place orders twice each week, on Mondays and Fridays, to maintain the curated selection our members expect. Because of this rhythm, there may be moments when inventory doesn’t allow for a 24-hour turnaround. If that happens, we’ll communicate clearly so you know exactly what to expect.
